RESOURCES
At Self Harm Anonymous, we strive to provide resources that have worked well for others in our community. As such, we will continually update this page.
Disclaimer: as we are Oregon based, many of the resources may also be Oregon based. However, you do not have to be local to utilize Oregon based Zoom sessions or other local resources.
We want to hear your suggestions! Feel free to submit any resources, literature, or sources of support that have proven beneficial for you, so that we may pass it along to others.
